If you or someone you know has been the victim of Internet-related crime (cracks, identity theft, fraud, etc.), the US Justice Department has a great "who to contact for what" page that is specifically for criminal activity on the Internets. All links go to the specific contact form for that particular reporting agency; a nice resource to keep on hand, just in case.
