Weblog Photo Quickies publishes a tip on how to digitally adjust a photo's white balance using Photoshop and Picasa's "Auto Color" feature.
I'm not what you'd call a Photoshop expert, but the Auto Levels item in the Image -> Adjustments menu also goes a long way to making a discolored photo look a LOT better.
