Small web company extraordinaire 37 Signals has launched Job Board, a classified job listing service for people who build web sites.

This is a fantastic idea; now that things are heating up in the web space I personally get a few emails a week inquiring about job opportunities or just asking where to find "Web 2.0"-minded developers. Looks like Job Board, which will attract employers and candidates who subscribe to the principles outlined in 37 Signals' Getting Real book, is a great way to connect those people (and make 37S some cash!). After only a day things are already hopping over there! Each job post costs $250 and stays on the Job Board for 30 days. Job seekers can subscribe to a feed of the listing.
